Welcome to Outlier Detailing LLC ("Outlier Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at book.outlierdetailing.com, communicate with us by phone or text, use any mobile application we may offer, or engage with our mobile detailing services.

By using our website, apps, or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use our website or app, and information related to the services we perform.

Information you provide to us, for example when you book an appointment, request information, or contact us:

• Contact details: name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
• Vehicle information: make, model, year, and condition.
• Service details: appointment dates, service location, and notes related to the work requested.
• Payment information: payment card or other payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors (see Section 6).

Vehicle photographs. As part of our detailing work, we may take before-and-after photographs of your vehicle. We use these for our internal records and quality control, and we may also use them for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, or in advertising. We take reasonable steps to avoid capturing personal identifiers (such as license plates) where feasible. If you would prefer that we not publicly share photos of your vehicle, just let us know and we will honor that request.

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies used by analytics and advertising tools (see Section 5).

If you use our mobile application. If we offer a mobile app and you choose to download and use it, we may also collect:

• Location and GPS data, which helps us schedule and route mobile service to your location. You can control location sharing through your device settings.
• Push notification tokens, so we can send you appointment and service notifications (you can disable notifications in your device settings).
• Photos or camera access, if you choose to submit photos of your vehicle through the app.

We do not request or collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, schedule, route, and maintain our detailing services.
• Manage your bookings and contact you about your appointments (by phone, text, email, or app notification).
• Process your payments through our payment processors.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Keep internal records and perform quality control, including with vehicle photographs.
• Promote our business, including through before-and-after photos as described in Section 2.
• Send promotional messages to customers who have opted in to receive them.
• Improve our website, app, services, and customer experience.

4. Text Messages, Phone Calls, and Notifications

We use our business phone number (224-506-1564) to contact you by phone call and text message about your bookings, appointments, scheduling, follow-ups, and other service-related communications. These service-related messages are transactional and conversational.

We may also send promotional or marketing messages (for example, special offers or seasonal reminders) only to customers who have opted in to receive them.

• Consent: By providing your phone number and booking with us, you consent to receive service-related calls and texts from Outlier Detailing at that number. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in.
• Opt-out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us using the details in Section 14. You may still receive calls or messages necessary to complete a service you have booked.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and your communications with us.
• No sharing for marketing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Push notifications: If you use our mobile app, we may send push notifications about your appointments and services. You can turn these off in your device settings.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These include tools such as Google Analytics (for anonymized website traffic and usage statistics) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (to measure advertising effectiveness and help us reach relevant audiences), as well as other similar analytics or advertising technologies we may use from time to time.

These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and pages you visit, and they may set cookies in your browser.

Your choices: Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook/Meta account settings. Because there is no consistent industry standard, our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

• Payment processors: We share payment information with our third-party payment processors solely to process your transactions. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Note: We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Request that we not publicly share photographs of your vehicle.

To exercise any of these choices, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; residents of those states may contact us to make a request, and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

9. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk, and we encourage you to take steps to protect your own information as well.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

Our website, app, or communications may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as social media or our payment processors). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
